Following two successful years in Inner Warrior, Casuals has a committed, passionate and promising Women’s squad - full of potential and ambition. We’re now seeking the right person to develop our players and the team at a pivotal moment.

With a positive and supportive culture, the Women’s XV is something special, and we’d love to hear from you if you want to be a part of their next chapter.

What we're looking for:

• Coaching experience with an RFU qualification and a player-centred approach
• Support player development, bringing drive and ambition to our positive culture
• Support with team admin alongside the Captain and Manager
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mid-week training (Tuesday and Thursday) alongside our coaching team
• Lead on matchdays (typically Sundays)
• Someone with the ability to harness the squad’s potential and support the team into the next step

With a growing girls pathway, a committed and enthusiastic squad and full integration into the Senior rugby setup at Casuals, this is a great opportunity for someone to steer our Women's XV into their next stage of development.
