At 12 noon our Ladies XV kick off the day against Daventry Ladies XV, followed by a Casuals XV side vs Man Cave XV, a charity match, kicking off at 2:15pm.

From 5pm the fun day part of the Man Cave UK Charity day starts with inflatables, stalls and a band during the rest of the afternoon into the evening.

At 5:30pm inside the club house we will be showing the Saints vs Castries quarter final in the European Rugby Champions Cup.

Come along to watch plenty of rugby tomorrow - followed by a charity day raising funds for Man Cave.

The Man Cave UK is a mental health support group focused on providing a safe and supportive space for men to openly discuss their mental health, share experiences and seek help when needed.

The Man Cave UK aims to break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create an inclusive community where men feel comfortable discussing their emotional well-being. The group encourages open and honest conversations about mental health issues, we aim to do our part in reducing male suicide and actively signpost our members to supporting services.
