Are you looking for a fun sport for your child, or interested in trying a new rugby club? Look no further! We’re on the lookout for new players to join our Mini and Junior section and are particularly recruiting into a number of our squads:

● Under 8 mixed - school year 3
● Under 12 Boys - school year 7
● Under 14 Boys - school year 9
● Under 12 Girls - school years 6 and 7
● Under 14 Girls - school years 8 and 9

Girls Rugby: give it a try!
Following the success of the Women’s Rugby World Cup we want to get even more girls into rugby! It’s a fantastic sport for girls, building friendships and confidence and empowering players at all levels.

Casuals has growing girls teams at Under 12, 14 and 16s level, and ambitions to develop an Under 18s squad soon. The club’s Women’s team support our girls teams not only with sideline encouragement but also by showing players the pathway into senior rugby.

Boys rugby: clear progression
All of our players have a clear pathway into senior rugby at Casuals, with a thriving Colts set up and several senior sides. We’re aiming to integrate junior sides more closely with the Colts as they go through the age grades, ensuring that they go into senior rugby understanding ‘the Casuals way’, and developing an enduring passion for and enjoyment of rugby.

Training Times
Our Mini and Junior teams typically train at the club on Sundays with dedicated mid-week training sessions for junior sides.
