Key Attributes:
Ideally Head Coach experience in the community game
Strong technical and tactical knowledge – Ideally Level 2 UKCC or higher, and relevant recent CPD
A proven track record in player development
Ability to create a positive and engaging playing environment

Role:
You will nurture players’ talents, promoting a team-centred mindset and developing playing strategies that win games. You will grow player participation through efficient player retention and recruitment, particularly focussing on ensuring a smooth transition between junior and senior rugby.

Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the club DoR to develop a season plan, and will be responsible for session planning and squad management. You will lead twice weekly training sessions and undertake match day coaching duties.
