With participation growing in the women’s and girls’ games, the new Alliance squads create a clear pathway for players into representative rugby. The aim is to help players develop skills in a new environment, training alongside players from other clubs across the District and strengthening the landscape of girls rugby in the region.

For many players, it’s their first step into representative rugby and is a fantastic reflection of their commitment and ability.

From the Under 16 Girls, 12 players have been selected for the Alliance squad - congratulations to: Bella, Ceria, Ella, Ellie-Louise, Faith, Hermione, Izzy, Martha, Mileigh, Samarah, Scarlett C, and Violet.

For the Under 14 Girls, four players are in the Alliance squad - Martha, Maisie, Cheyanne and Amelia.
